Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in partner program management, channel management, or a similar role in a B2B technology or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing successful partner relationships and driving revenue through the partner environment.
- Strong understanding of the global security and surveillance market and business culture, with experience working within it.
- Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
