Job Description

The International Business Development Manager (Transport & Infrastructure Projects, Global Security & Surveillance Solutions) will be responsible for the identification, development and negotiations to generate profitability and sustainable sector growth, with the primary focus on new large infrastructure projects.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Research and target end-users and consultants for large infrastructure projects that align to our products and offerings
  • Achieve revenue targets and performance objectives
  • Engage with the customer at the appropriate levels in order to understand key business drivers and objectives
  • Engage and collaborate across the business to deliver winning, profitable proposals that leverage our strengths and technology and add value to our proposition for large infrastructure projects
  • Provide an insight into market dynamics, specifically competitors, stakeholders, current and market/product trends
  • Continually build and refine a proposition that positions our strengths, builds on our success and provides opportunity repeat business from valued customers

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record, self-starter, sector knowledge
  • 'Consultative Selling' style
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial solution sales expert, driven and demonstrable results
