Synectics Launches Center of Excellence in North America

Surveillance and security solutions business, Synectics, has invested in a 9,000 square foot facility that is the new US headquarters and Center of Excellence ‒ a customer-focused meeting and training space positioned in an emerging technology community on the California central coast.

Expanding on our inaugural Innovation and Operations Centers in the UK, this new facility in North America represents a key milestone in the company’s global growth strategy and further enhances Synectics’ ability to respond to customer needs, delivering high-value integrated surveillance through its hubs in the US, UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Drawing on its worldwide experience across Gaming, Transport and Infrastructure, High Security and Public Space, and Oil and Gas markets, Synectics will host a range of high-level training and customer events at the Center, designed to promote collaboration, support cross-sector learning and elevate customer success.

Commenting on the investment, John Roessler, Chief Operating Officer for North America said: “As we enhance and build from our Gaming experience in North America and invest in other markets such as Transport and Infrastructure where we have proven expertise, the Center of Excellence will provide a place to gather with consultants, integrators and end-users, for discovery, development, and training.

“The Center serves as a growth blueprint enabling us to build and facilitate a more effective customer-centric approach across Synectics’ core sectors where we have deeply rooted expertise.”

Outfitted with Synectics’ latest technology ‒ from the company’s flagship Synergy 3 command and control platform to its extensive range of IP cameras and recording and storage hardware ‒ the Center will enable customers and partners to explore features and capabilities, receive in-depth training and demonstrations, and provide valuable feedback to support innovation relevant to their needs now and in the future.
